1. Agreement to terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of thebaristabench.store and any purchase you
make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please
do not use the Site.

thebaristabench.store is owned and operated by Coffee and Peppers, LLC, doing business as The Barista Bench, a limited
liability company organized under the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, located at
2945 E Tonto Dr, Gilbert, AZ 85298. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Coffee and Peppers, LLC.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to purchase from the Site.
By ordering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use
the payment method you submit.

4. Products, pricing & availability

We describe our products as accurately as possible, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, or
other content are error-free. Colors and finishes may vary slightly from images. All prices are in U.S.
dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Products are subject to availability; if an item
becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and issue a full refund. We reserve the right to
correct pricing errors and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.

5. Orders & payment

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we confirm the order and charge your payment
method; until then, we may decline or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud,
pricing errors, or stock issues). Payment is due at the time of purchase. Every transaction is a single,
one-time charge — we do not offer subscriptions or bill on a recurring basis. Payment processing and

6. Shipping & delivery

Shipping timeframes, methods, and costs are described on our
Shipping Policy page, which is incorporated into these Terms. Title and
risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

7. Returns & cancellations

these Terms, describes how to return an item, request a refund, or cancel an order, and any exceptions.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, product photography, and the The Barista Bench name and
marks — is owned by or licensed to Coffee and Peppers, LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not
copy, reproduce, or use our content or marks without our prior written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose; to interfere with its operation or security; to
attempt unauthorized access; to use bots or scrapers; or to submit false, fraudulent, or misleading
information. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation.

10. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated and as required by law, the Site and products are provided “as is” and “as
available.” We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. This does not affect
any manufacturer warranty that accompanies a product, or any non-waivable rights you have under applicable
consumer-protection law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coffee and Peppers, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the Site or any
product. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise
to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coffee and Peppers, LLC and its officers, members, and employees from any
claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its
conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located
in Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, please contact us — we
resolve nearly every issue directly and quickly.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version.
Changes are effective when posted; your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
