The Barista Bench (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect: the information you provide to place an order — name, shipping and billing address,
email, and phone number — plus basic technical data (browser, device, pages viewed) to keep the site working and secure.
Payment data: card details are entered on a secure, encrypted payment page and processed by our payment
provider. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it: to process and ship your orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and — only if you opt in
— send occasional product news. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing: we share only what’s needed with the partners who make your order happen (payment processing,
shipping carriers, fraud prevention), each bound to protect it.
Your choices: you can request a copy or deletion of your data, or unsubscribe from emails, any time by
writing support@thebaristabench.store. We retain order records as required for tax and accounting.
