Where do you ship from, and how fast? Everything ships from our U.S. distribution partner within 0–2
business days, with tracking. Most orders arrive in 2–5 business days.
Is my payment secure? Yes. Checkout runs on an encrypted, PCI-compliant payment page; we never store your
card number.
Can I return something? Unused equipment can be returned within 30 days. See
Returns & Cancellations.
Do you offer help choosing gear? Absolutely — email support@thebaristabench.store and tell us how
you brew or cook, and we’ll recommend the right machine, grinder, or mill.
Do you ship internationally? Not yet — we currently ship within the United States.
