Cancellations
You can cancel an order for a full refund at any time before it ships — just email
support@thebaristabench.store with your order number. Because in-stock orders move quickly, please contact us as soon
as possible.
Returns
Unused equipment in its original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to
your original payment method. To start a return, email us for a return authorization; we’ll send instructions and the
return address. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued within 5–7 business days.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived defective or we shipped the wrong product,
in which case we cover it. - Consumables (filters, cleaning tablets, descaler) are non-returnable once opened, for hygiene reasons.
Received a damaged or defective item? Email support@thebaristabench.store within 48 hours with a photo and we’ll
make it right immediately.
